And I built Asilia Coaching because I was tired of nutrition being complicated, scary, and frankly — a bit joyless.

At Asilia Coaching, I don't hand you a meal plan and wish you luck. I help you understand what's actually going on in your body, build habits that fit your real life, and stop starting over every time things get busy, stressful, or just... human.

The person behind the science.

I got into nutrition out of pure curiosity. And then the more I learned, the more I couldn't unsee it.

I learned that carbs aren't the enemy — that your metabolism is one of the most complex systems in the human body and we still don't fully understand it. That your gut is a living ecosystem, not just a pipe. That sleep, stress, and hormones affect literally everything. That restriction doesn't just fail — it actively damages your relationship with food in ways that take years to undo.

And somewhere along the way, that curiosity turned into a mission. Because before I studied nutrition I had no appetite, no real relationship with food. Then I started learning and suddenly I wanted to eat, enjoy meals, actually look forward to meals. That shift changed everything for me — and it's what I want for every person I work with.

Not a meal plan. Not a list of banned foods. Just the knowledge, the tools, and the support to finally make peace with eating.
